Security deposit refund made to 22,870 NEET PG candidates, MCC releases list
New Delhi : Through a recent notice, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has informed that the security deposit refund has been made to 22,870 candidates who appeared for NEET PG counselling and the remaining is in process. Besides, the MCC has released the list of concerned candidates who have been provided with the refund.
"It is for information to all candidates who participated in PG Counselling 2021 that as per the eligibility conditions of refund, the Refund of the Security Deposit made to 22870 candidates has been done so far. (Please find the list enclosed in the document attached below). The Remaining refund to Candidates is in progress and will be completed by end of this month and will publish accordingly on MCC PG counselling website," the MCC notice stated.
Candidates are advised to note the following:
1) Refunds have been sent to same account/card from where the security deposit was remitted to MCC.
2) The refund will be credited to the candidate's account between 1 to 15 days depending upon the level of automation in candidate's bank.
3) If there is in-ordinate delay in crediting the refund, candidate should take up the matter with the "Grievance Cell" of his/her bank quoting the refund reference.

The MCC recently informed about the commencement of the refund process of the security deposit of all the eligible candidates who appeared for the NEET Counselling 2021.
Since the MCC is going to begin the refund process, the candidates have been advised to keep their respective bank accounts active till the procedure is completed.
As per the notice, the refunds will be initiated from June 10 and will continue for 10 days.
