UCMS Announces Counselling Date For BSc Radiography Course
Delhi: The University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) has announced that the counselling for BSc (MT) Radiography will be held on 17th August 2022.
As per the notice the entrance test was held on 16th July 2022. The selected candidates now need to report on the above-mentioned date in the Faculty Lounge, Ground Floor, (near College Canteen), University College of Medical Sciences, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095 at 9.30 am to determine their eligibility as per the "Combined-Merit-List" of the Entrance Test as well as the criteria laid down in the 'Bulletin of Information/Prospectus' for admission. The candidates who fail to report will neither be considered for admission nor for the waiting list for the above course.
The candidates are required to attend the counselling alone with all relevant original certificates/ Eligibility Qualifications and a set of photocopies as laid down in the Prospectus for BSc (Medical Technology) Radiography Course, Session: 2022-23. Those who are not having the 'Final Pass Certificate' of eligibility qualification as required in the Prospectus, at the time of the counselling shall not be considered for admission/waiting list, and no request shall be entertained in this regard.
In case of equal marks secured by more than one candidate in the entrance test, the actual merit position will be determined on the basis of eligibility qualification marks. EWS candidates who have submitted the acknowledgement receipt along with the application are required to bring the EWS certificate of the current financial year (i.e., issued after 31/03/2022) by the Competent Authority, failing which no request will be entertained at all.
All original certificates shall be retained during the above counselling for the entire period of the course. The candidates are advised to retain the photocopy of the same for their other uses. The In-Service candidate is required to produce the Study-Leave/Relieving-certificate/NOC from their employer for joining the course if offered admission.
As per UCMS, after the counselling, the selected candidates will be issued an allotment letter for admission by the college. The candidate will be required to produce the Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of admission.
The college is in the process to obtain approval from the University of Delhi for the implementation of the 'Bond-Money' from Session: 2022-23 onwards.
Documents to be carried at the time of counselling –
1. 10' Class/Matriculation Certificate for Verification of Date of Birth,
2. 12' Class Passing Board Mark-sheet.
3. 12' Class Passing Board Certificate.
4. Character Certificate issued by the School/College (last attended).
5. Aadhar Card Copy.
6. Recent 6 Passport Size Photographs mentioning name and date of Birth in front.
7. Medical Fitness Certificate (only for selected candidates). (Medical Fitness Certificate from the Physician not less than MBBS, the format will be provided by the College on the day of the counselling).
8. COVID-Vaccination report/status.
9. Anti-Ragging Declaration Form of Self + Parents/Guardian. (at the time of admission by selected candidates). (Online Anti-Ragging Declaration Form available at www.antiragging.in & www.amanmovement.org ). SC/ST Certificate (if applicable).
10. Photocopy of Father's SC/ST Certificate, (if applicable).
11. EWS Certificate (if applicable) (i.e., issued after 31/03/2022).
12. OBC Non-Creamy-Layer certificate of the current financial year (i.e., issued after 31/03/2022) (if applicable).
13. Person with Disability (PWD) Certificate (issued by competent authority). (if applicable).
14. NOC/Relieving Certificate/Study Leave Certificate (in case of the in-service candidate).
15. Any other relevant documents/certificates (if required).
16. One Set of photocopies of the above certificates.
