WBUHS Calls For Submission Of Research Proposal by PG Degree Students, details

West Bengal: The West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) has asked the students of PG Degree courses to submit PG Research Proposal (Synopsis) for the academic year 2022-2025. The guidelines for submission have been issued.

The colleges/institutes must observe the following guidelines while submitting/forwarding the proposals of Title and Synopsis of Dissertation from the students admitted during the academic year 2022 -2025 (for MD/MS 3 years PG degree course) and 2022-2024 (for MD/MS 2years PG degree course).

For all the intending and eligible candidates of academic session 2022-2025 from the University, the portal for submission of their Synopsis (Research Proposal) will be made live through the link https://wbuhs.ac.in/sdm/login  from 1st June 2023 to 30th June 2023.

Students who have not yet registered with this portal must first register to submit their Synopsis (Research Proposal) through this portal. Click on the register option to register as a new user on the same Login page, and OTP verification will be done once they submit their details.

The students must pay a Synopsis submission fee of Rs. 900 and a late fee of 600 for delayed submission.

The following is the detailed schedule –

1. Submission of Synopsis (Research Proposal) without late fee Rs. 900 - 1st June 2023 - 15th June 2023

2. Delayed Submission of Synopsis (Research Proposal) with late fee Rs 1500 - 16th June 2023 - 30th June 2023

Synopsis (Research Proposal) Submission fees (with or without late fees prescribed by the University) have to be paid through an online portal.

In case of any issue regarding the online synopsis (research proposal) submission process, send a mail to the following address: (a) prog.officer@wbuhs.ac.in (b) asst.reqister@wbuhs.acin.

The West Bengal University of Health Sciences came into existence on 1st January. From 2003 the University took up the responsibility of Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Post-doctoral courses, including the Ph. D program in Modern System of Medicine, Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Ayurvedic System of Medicine, Unani System of Medicine, Nursing Education, Pharmacy Education, Dental Education, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, and Education on other paramedical courses like Occupational Therapy and Prosthetics-Orthotics in the state of West Bengal.
