The FIR had stated Dr Nalin Kumar Sinha of Brahmapura, his wife, Vice Chancellor of Pusa Agricultural University Ramesh Kumar Srivastava as the accused. The complainant alleged that the doctor had duped them of money after promising their two daughters jobs in clerical posts at the Agricultural University of Pusa, reports the English News Agency
