Fatehpur CVO orders 7 veterinary officers to attend DM's sick cow, order goes viral

Meanwhile, DM Dubey has denied being aware of such an order and claimed that it was an attempt to tarnish her image.

Issued by Chief Veterinary Officer (CVO), Dr SK Tiwari mentioned, "To treat the cow of the District Magistrate, the duty of the following Veterinary Officer is imposed every morning and evening."

"Also, Dr. Dinesh Kumar, Additional Veterinary Officer, Sangaon, in coordination with the concerned Veterinary Officer, will inform about daily morning and evening visits to the office of the undersigned through telephone till 06:00 pm," further mentioned the order.

Warning of consequences, the order issued by CVO mentioned, "In the absence of any Veterinary Officer, Dr. Suresh Kumar Kanojia Veterinary Officer, Damapur will do the work of that day. The laxity in this work is inexcusable."

Although people are slamming such misuse of power on the social media platforms, the District Magistrate Apurva Dubey has claimed that she was not informed about such an order.

Speaking to India Today in this regard, DM Dubey said, "I do not have any information about this letter, this letter has been written in a coordinated manner to tarnish my image."
