The victim, Eid Bano of Rajasthan's Nua in Jhunjhunu district had filed a case against Dr Sanjay Dhankhar, police said.
Dr Dhankar who was trying to flee was arrested from Gujarat, they said.
According to an ANI report, "Eid Bano, a resident of Nua, had complained against Dr Sanjay Dhankhar for negligence in treatment and removing her right kidney. Following this, a team of five doctors investigated the complaint and it was proved that Dr Dhankhar was negligent in treatment. Dr Dhankhar removed the other (right) kidney instead of the damaged one.
