Medical Negligence
Belagavi: In a shocking case of alleged medical negligence, surgeons at the Belagavi Institute of Medical Sciences (BIMS) reportedly performed surgery on a man admitted for a stomach tumour, but allegedly cut a portion of his intestine instead.
