Madurai: In an effort to bring pay ward facilities at the state-run Government hospitals, Tamil Nadu Health and Family Welfare Minister Ma Subramanian inaugurated two pay wards at a total cost of Rs 1.02 crore at the Government Rajaji Hospital (GRH) Madurai on Thursday.
The pay wards were opened in the super specialty block and trauma care centre at the Rajaji Government Hospital.
Patients can now pay and get accommodation in this ward, where services would be on par with private hospitals.
