RML Hospital directs Doctors to start OPDs at sharp 9 am
It read, "It has been brought to the notice of the undersigned that in spite of repeated reminders, some departments are not starting their OPDs on time at 9 am resulting in inconvenience to the patients. All the Heads of Departments are again requested to ensure that OPD starts functioning at 9 am sharp in the interest of patient care.";

New Delhi: The medical superintendent of centre-run Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) hospital recently issued a circular directing the doctors and staff members of the hospital to begin the OPD services on time by 9 am, while criticizing the delay in performing the same.
The circular issued by Dr Nandini Duggal observed that the doctors failed to start the OPD services on time despite consistent reminders. It read, "It has been brought to the notice of the undersigned that in spite of repeated reminders, some departments are not starting their OPDs on time at 9 am resulting in inconvenience to the patients. All the Heads of Departments are again requested to ensure that OPD starts functioning at 9 am sharp in the interest of patient care."
