FMGE December 2020 results are final, No Re-evaluation will be done: NBE issues clarification

New Delhi: Issuing a clarification on the Result and Question Paper of FMGE December 2020, the National Board of Examination (NBE) has stated that it will not entertain any request from candidates seeking re-evaluation or rechecking or re-totalling of the declared FMGE results.

FMGE (Screening Test), December 2020 was conducted by NBE on 04-12-2020 and the result was declared on 18-12-2020.

The NBE has been receiving emails and letters alleging one or more mistakes in the question paper of FMGE (Screening Test), December 2020 after the declaration of the result.

On the said representations, the Natboard has now clarified to all concerned:

The result of FMGE December 2020 declared by NBE on FMGE/NBE website is final and has been declared after necessary checks including post exam review of the question paper by subject matter experts.

It has further informed that representations in this regard may not be sent to NBE.

The NBE further reiterated that as mentioned in Para 10.2 of the Information Bulletin, there will be no re-evaluation or rechecking or re-totaling.

Earlier, the NBE had informed about the distribution of FMGE December 2020 session Pass Certificates to candidates who appeared in the examination.

All the candidates who were declared PASS in FMGE held on 4 th December 2020 are hereby informed that the FMGE Pass certificates shall be issued IN-PERSON, to the candidates who have qualified FMGE December 2020 session.

The Pass certificates shall be issued at National Board of Examinations office at PSP Area, Sector-09, Dwarka, New Delhi from 19 th January 2021 to 11th February 2021 as per the schedule prescribed on the entry slip of each individual candidate.

Qualified and Eligible candidates are required to be present at specified date and time for collection of their Pass certificate. They shall be required to bring the documents in ORIGINAL as prescribed in the Information Bulletin and also listed in the entry slip. Candidates will be required to bring the print out of the "Entry Slip" to seek entry at NBE office.

The FMGE Pass certificate will be issued only on production of prescribed documents and on verification of Face ID.

The Pass Certificates shall not be issued to any authorized representative or any person other than the candidate himself/herself.

Candidates who fail to collect their certificates on assigned schedules due to some exigencies are informed that they should not turn up for collection on any other day of their choice. Such candidates shall be required to seek prior approval of NBE for revised schedule of collection of Pass certificate by sending a request at Communication Web portal of NBE.

Candidates are required to observe all necessary precautions pertaining to COVID – 19 at NBE office.
