FNB Admissions: NBE extends Last date for 2nd Round physical joining, Schedule of Final Mop up Round released
New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has informed the extension of the last date for physical joining in respect of the 2nd Round of counselling and the Schedule of Final (Mop-up) Round of the online Centralized Merit Based counselling for admission to FNB courses for 2020 admission session.
The last date for Physical Joining for the 2nd Round of Counselling has been extended upto 19-03-2021 (1600 hrs.).
Candidates are advised to join their FNB training at the allotted institute on or before 19-03-2021. No relaxation in the physical joining shall be permissible beyond 19-03-2021 (1600hrs). Candidates who do not join their allotted institute by 19-03-2021 will lose their FNB Seat & their Fee shall be forfeited. The FNB Seat falling vacant due to non-joining by 19-03-2021 (1600hrs) shall be released for inclusion in the Final (Mop-up) Round of counseling.
In terms of Para 3.6 of the counseling handbook for FNB counseling, the schedule of Final (Mop-up) Round of the online Centralized Merit Based counseling for 2020 Admission Session is as follows:

Only the registered candidates who have not been allotted any seat during the 1 st/2nd round of counseling, will be eligible for the Final (Mop-up) Round of counseling. Candidates who have been allotted a FNB seat in the any of the two rounds of counseling but have failed to join the allocated institute shall be ineligible for participation in Final (Mop-up) Round of counseling.
Candidates are also advised to carefully go through the Flowchart indicating the process of allotment of FNB seats in the Final (Mop-up) round.
