NBE declares results for FMGE June 2020

New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the results for FMGE June 2020.

The result of FMGE (Screening Test) held on 31.08.2020 has been declared and can be seen at the link given below:

Candidates will be able to download their individual scorecards from the website https://nbe.edu.in/ from 17.09.2020 onwards. Copy of scorecard will not to be sent to individual candidates.

Meanwhile, for students whose results are not yet declared, the NBE has informed that results of the candidates who have failed to submit their documents as prescribed in the Information Bulletin for FMGE June 2020 session have been withheld. List of candidates whose results are withheld and deficient documents required

These candidates have been informed on multiple occasions to submit the required documents.

Such candidates are hereby given a final opportunity to submit the required documents latest by 30-09-2020, failing which their candidature for FMGE June 2020 the session shall stand canceled.

The FMGE-Screening Test has been introduced through Screening Test Regulations 2002.

As per the regulations, "An Indian citizen/Overseas citizen of India possessing a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institution outside India who is desirous of getting provisional or permanent registration with Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council on or after 15.03.2002 shall have to qualify a screening test conducted by the prescribed authority for that purpose as per the provisions of section 13 of the Act.

National Board of Examinations (NBE) has been entrusted with the responsibility to conduct the Screening Test as per Screening Test Regulations 2002. Role of NBE is limited to conduct of the test, publishing the result and handing over the result to the Medical Council of India & all State Medical Councils.
