NBE Invites Applications for Mid Cycle Review of Accredited Departments, check details
New Delhi- The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued a notice regarding the mid cycle review of NBEMS Accredited Departments for the 2025 session for all the NBEMS accredited Hospitals / Medical Institutions.
The grant of provisional accreditation (Fresh / Renewal) by NBEMS to any hospital in any specialty is for 05 years. Therefore, NBEMS undertakes the Mid Cycle Review of each accredited departments in the 3rd year of accreditation.
On this, as per the notice, the accredited departments have to submit an online application form along with requisite fees from today i.e. 01 August 2025 till 29 August 2025. Non-submission of online application form for Mid Cycle Review of Accreditation along with requisite fees will lead to non-inclusion of seats in the forthcoming counseling. However, the hard copy application form is not to be submitted to NBEMS.
Each accredited department for which Mid Cycle Review is to be conducted in 2025 will have to remit the fees of Rs 35,400 (Amount- Rs 30,000 + GST @- 18% Rs 5,400) at the time of submitting the online application.
STEPS TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FORM
STEP 1- Go to official website of NBEMS.
STEP 2- Click “Accreditation” Icon.
STEP 3- Login to Online Accreditation Application Portal (OAAP).
STEP 4- Click “Mid Cycle Review” link under Quick link option.
STEP 5- Start submitting online Application form for Mid Cycle Review - 2025.
STEP 6- Pay the fee INR 35400/- (30000/- + 18% GST) through Online payment gateway.
A total of 1078 NBEMS accredited departments across India have to submit their application(s) for Mid Cycle Review of Accreditation form along with the requisite fee. The list of NBEMS Accredited Departments for Mid Cycle Review in 2025 has been released in a PDF format on the official website of NBEMS. The list include other important details such as NBEMS Accredited Hospital / Institute, State, Specialty, NBEMS Accredited Seats, Accreditation Valid Upto, etc.
