NBE issues clarification on FMGE June 2021 Results re-evaluation, release of answer key, Question paper copy
New Delhi: Through a recent notification, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has clarified regarding the requests for the re-evaluation of the result as well as the answer key to the question paper of FMGE June 2021.
FMGE (Screening Test) June, 2021 Session was conducted on 18th June, 2021 and the result was declared on 30th June, 2021.
The exam conducting body has informed that NBEMS has been receiving E-mails and representations seeking for copy of the question papers & correct answer keys of FMGE (Screening Test) June, 2021 exam. Further, NBEMS is in receipt of requests for re-evaluation of the result.
Hence, it has been hereby clarified by the Natboard that as per Para 9.7 of the Information Bulletin of FMGE (Screening Test) June, 2021, "the contents of this exam are confidential, proprietary and are owned by NBE. NBE explicitly prohibits the candidate, from reproducing, transmitting or publishing any or some contents of this exam, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means verbal or written, electronic or mechanical for any purpose whatsoever. NBE shall not entertain any request for sharing any content of the examination including answer keys/answer sheets".
It is also clearly mentioned in Para 5.5 and 10.2 of the Information Bulletin that "There shall be no re-evaluation or rechecking or re-totalling of responses marked by the candidates. Requests/Queries for re-evaluation/re-totalling shall not be entertained", mentions NBE.
All the concerned are hereby informed that representations for the above mentioned matter may not be sent to NBEMS as the same will not be entertained, the NBE stated in the notice.

Earlier, the NBE had announced the distribution of FMGE (Screening Test) June 2021 Pass Certificates which shall be issued IN-PERSON, to the candidates who have qualified FMGE June 2021 session.
The Pass certificates shall be issued at National Board of Examinations office at PSP Area, Sector-09, Dwarka, New Delhi from 22nd July 2021 to 13th August 2021 as per the schedule prescribed on the entry slip of each individual candidate.
Qualified and Eligible candidates are required to be present at specified date and time for collection of their Pass certificate. They shall be required to bring the documents in ORIGINAL as prescribed in the Information Bulletin and also listed in the entry slip. Candidates will be required to bring the print out of the "Entry Slip" to seek entry at NBE office.

The FMGE Pass certificate will be issued only on production of prescribed documents and on verification of Face ID.
The Pass Certificates shall not be issued to any authorized representative or any person other than the candidate himself/herself.
Candidates who fail to collect their certificates on assigned schedules due to some exigencies are informed that they should not turn up for collection on any other day of their choice. Such candidates shall be required to seek prior approval of NBE for revised schedule of collection of Pass certificate by sending a request at Communication Web portal of NBE.
Candidates are required to strictly observe COVID Appropriate Behaviour at NBE office.
