New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has notified about the issuance of FMGE Pass Certificates for June 2020 session.

The FMGE Pass certificates have already started being issued online from 1 st October 2020 onwards to the candidates who have qualified FMGE of June 2020 session.

Due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic related travel restrictions and risks associated with mass gathering, it has been decided that "in-person" credential verification shall not be done.

The PASS certificates can be downloaded from NBE website www.natboard.edu.in  by the qualified candidates through the following web-link:

https://exam.natboard.edu.in/fmge_pass_certificate/ 

The login credentials will be sent by NBE at registered email IDs of qualified candidates.

The FMGE Pass certificates issued through online mode shall be purely provisional subject to verification of the candidates' credentials by the respective State Medical Councils at the time of issuing provisional/permanent registration.

The FMGE-Screening Test has been introduced through Screening Test Regulations 2002.

As per the regulations, "An Indian citizen/Overseas citizen of India possessing a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institution outside India who is desirous of getting provisional or permanent registration with Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council on or after 15.03.2002 shall have to qualify a screening test conducted by the prescribed authority for that purpose as per the provisions of section 13 of the Act.

National Board of Examinations (NBE) has been entrusted with the responsibility to conduct the Screening Test as per Screening Test Regulations 2002. Role of NBE is limited to conduct of the test, publishing the result and handing over the result to the Medical Council of India & all State Medical Councils.
