NBE invites applications for DNB final exam June 2026, details
New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has invited applications for the DNB Final Examination June 2026, which will be held from June 18 to June 21, 2026, in a computer-based format at centres across the country.
Interested candidates can apply online from April 24 to May 14, 2026, and are advised to go through the official information bulletin for complete details on eligibility, exam pattern, and fees before applying.

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) recently announced the mandatory implementation of the Basic Course in Biomedical Research (BCBR) for all DNB and DrNB trainees admitted from the 2025 session onwards, in line with directives of the National Medical Commission (NMC).
As per the official notice issued by the NBE in this regard, all DNB and DrNB trainees from the 2025 admission batch onwards will be required to successfully complete the BCBR course as part of their training. The move aims to ensure uniform standards in postgraduate medical education across India.
"In alignment with the mandates of the National Medical Commission (NMC), and with a view to ensuring uniformity in postgraduate medical education across the country, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has decided to mandate the successful completion of the Basic Course in Biomedical Research (BCBR) for all DNB and DrNB trainees admitted from the 2025 admission session onwards," the notice read
