Last year in September, the NBE had released the provisional schedule for the forthcoming Computer-Based Tests including DNB PDCET 2021
As per the provisional schedule, the date of DNB PDCET 2021 was set at 28th January 2021. However, with the pandemic and delay in academic session all over the country, the exam date has now been stretched.
NBE at present conducts postgraduate and postdoctoral examinations in approved specialities leading to the award of Diplomate of National Board. The Medical Council of India has laid down standards for postgraduate examinations conducted by various medical colleges and affiliated to concerned universities and other institutions, yet the levels of proficiency and standards of evaluation vary considerably in these institutions
Candidates declared qualified in the PDCET Examination will be asked to participate in the centralized counselling in order of their Specialty specific merit and will be able to opt for NBE accredited institution/hospital/medical college of their choice as per seat availability at their merit
