NBE reopens registration window for DNB PDCET 2021

New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has announced the re-opening of the registration window to apply for DNB PDCET 2021 from 31.08.2021 (3 PM onwards) to 05.09.2021 (till 11:55 PM).

DNB-PDCET 2021 is the ranking examination for admission to various Post Diploma DNB courses of the 2021 admission session. DNB-PDCET 2021 will be conducted by the National Board of Examinations on a computer-based platform. Verification of documents of the candidates shall be undertaken at the time of counselling/admission process.

The DNB PDCET 2021 is scheduled to be held on 19.09.2021.

As per the Information Bulletin for DNB PDCET 2021, "Candidates who have passed the final examination, on or before 28th February 2021, leading to the award of Post Graduate Diploma qualification from Indian Universities which are duly recognized as per provisions of the NMC Act 2019 and the repealed Indian Medical Council Act 1956, Govt. of India can apply for the DNB-PDCET 2021 in the same Broad specialty."

The cut-off date to qualify the said Post Graduate Diploma qualification has been extended to 31st July 2021 and should be read accordingly in the Information Bulletin for DNB PDCET 2021.

Accordingly, a registration window to apply for DNB PDCET 2021 will be reopened from 31.08.2021 (3PM onwards) to 05.09.2021 (till 11:55PM). Same can be accessed through NBEMS website https://nbe.edu.in under DNB PDCET 2021 weblink, stated the Natboard.

Rest of the details as per the Information Bulletin for DNB PDCET 2021 shall remain unchanged.

A total of 120 objective questions based on the syllabus of the Diploma specialty will be asked in DNB PDCET exam. As per the DNB PDCET exam pattern 2021, four marks will be awarded for each correct answer, while one mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.
