100 bottles of Eskuf cough syrup seized at Agartala railway station
Agartala: In a recent search conducted at the Agartala railway station, 100 bottles of Eskuf cough syrup have been seized. The cough syrups were likely being transported from outside the state via train.
The Agartala GRP (Government Railway Police) and RPF (Railway Protection Force) searched in a joint operation based on secret information.
According to ANI, The seized items have been marked as unclaimed and confiscated, as the authorities have not yet identified the individuals responsible for the illegal consignment. The Agartala GRP has launched an investigation to determine the ownership of these contraband substances. The market value of the seized Eskuf cough syrup is estimated to be Rs 21,120, according to police.
