Abbott India appoints Vinutha Mufti as new Director, Business Human Resources
Mumbai: Abbott India has announced the appointment of Vinutha Mufti as its new Director, Business Human Resources, effective December 16, 2025. The company said Mufti will be considered as Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
The appointment comes as Rajan Kalantre, the current Director, Business Human Resources, moves to another Abbott affiliate effective December 16, 2025. Kalantre will continue in his present role until December 15, 2025, after which he will cease to be the Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
Vinutha brings over two decades of diverse HR experience. Since joining Abbott in 2015 as Senior Manager – BHR for Nutrition, she has held progressively senior roles across the Pharmaceuticals and Nutrition businesses, demonstrating agility and strong stakeholder partnership.
