Maharashtra: Emcure Pharma has announced the resignation of Chetan Sharma from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

The company stated that Sharma has stepped down to pursue opportunities outside the organization.

Alongside his corporate career, he serves as Director of Corporate Advisory Board at Lovely Professional University.

Sharma’s professional background includes roles at Varroc, Cadila Pharma, ECS Corporation, Neesa Group, Corporate Strategic Allianz Ltd., and VIVRO Financial Services.

His career graph includes executing IPO's, debt syndication, private equity, organisation structuring, M&A, valuation, listing, etc.
