D Pharma Student's Unlicensed Store Busted in Haryana, ACB Arrests Drug Official During Raid
Charkhi Dadri: A final-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma/D Pharm) student was caught running a medical store without a license in Morwala village. He was also selling medicines purchased without bills. On the seventh day of operation, the Chief Minister's Flying Squad arrived at the location along with officials from the Health Department and the Drugs Control Office.
According to a recent media report in the Amar Ujala, the joint team seized 27 types of medicines from the premises.
The Flying Squad had received a tip-off that an unlicensed medical store was operating in Morwala village. Acting on this information, the squad traveled from Rohtak to Dadri, where they were joined by General Medical Officer Dr. Chunkit and Drugs Control Officer, and proceeded to raid the location. The store owner, Navneet, was present at the time of the raid.
Navneet informed the team that he had opened the medical store a week earlier and did not possess any official documents. He stated that he is currently pursuing his final year of the D. Pharma course. The medicines kept at the store were purchased without any bills, and he did not hold a valid license.
