Ahmedabad: Intas Pharma has announced the appointment of Gagan Bharadwaj as Executive Vice President - Supply Chain Management.
"Throughout his career, Gagan has been instrumental in transforming global supply chains, driving operational excellence, and building agile, future-ready ecosystems that strengthen business resilience and performance," Intas stated in LinkedIn post.
"We are excited to have him lead our global supply chain and further our commitment to innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth," it added.
"I am excited to join Intas and look forward to building a future-ready, resilient, and agile supply chain that drives operational excellence and supports the company's global growth ambitions".
Prior to Intas, Gagan worked at Torrent as Chief Supply Chain Officer and has held key roles at major pharmaceutical companies like Zydus Cadila, Teva Pharma, and Cadila Pharma.
Intas is a vertically integrated global pharmaceutical formulation development, manufacturing, and marketing company. Intas has set up a network of subsidiaries, under the umbrella name of Accord Healthcare to operate in global markets. Over the years, Intas has grown both organically and via acquisition, expanding its product portfolio and operations year on year. It is currently present in more than 85 countries worldwide. Intas is currently investing in a higher barrier to entry developments such as Biosimilar and New Chemical Entities.
