Lupin Australia arm incorporates new subsidiary in New Zealand

Mumbai: Through a recent BSE filing, Lupin has informed that Generic Health Pty Ltd., Australia, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated Lupin NZ Ltd., New Zealand, its wholly owned subsidiary.

Lupin NZ will be engaged in the business of pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical devices in New Zealand.
Generic Health has subscribed to the entire issued share capital of Lupin NZ, comprising of 50000 shares of NZD 10 each aggregating NZD 500,000.

Generic Health will hold 100% shareholding in Lupin NZ.
Medical Dialogues team had earlier reported that the Company had incorporated Lupin Lanka (Private) Ltd., Sri Lanka, as wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Lupin is a transnational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Mumbai, India. The Company develops and commercializes a wide range of branded and generic formulations, biotechnology products, and APIs in over 100 markets in the U.S., India, South Africa, and across the Asia Pacific (APAC), Latin America (LATAM), Europe, and Middle East regions.The Company specializes in the cardiovascular, anti-diabetic, and respiratory segments and has a significant presence in the anti-infective, gastro-intestinal (GI), central nervous system (CNS), and women’s health areas. The company invested 7.8% of its revenue in research and development in FY24.Lupin has 15 manufacturing sites, 7 research centers.
