New Delhi: Global pharmaceutical company Lupin Limited has been recognised among India's Best Employers in the Nation Builders Category 2026 by Great Place To Work India, securing a place among the country's Top 14 organisations.
The recognition highlights Lupin's efforts to foster a workplace culture centred on purpose, trust and inclusion, while contributing to nation-building through improved access to healthcare, community development and employee growth.
The Nation Builders category honours organisations that create an impact beyond business performance through employment generation, people development, community advancement and nation-building, while maintaining strong workplace cultures.
Commenting on the recognition, Yashwant Mahadik, President – Global Human Resources, Lupin, said, "We are honored by this recognition, which celebrates the culture our people bring to life every day. At Lupin, we are focused on creating an environment where individuals feel supported, empowered, and connected to a shared purpose. By investing in our people and their growth, we are building a workplace that enables meaningful contributions to patients, communities, and society."
According to the company, organisations in the Nation Builders category are selected through an independent assessment conducted by Great Place To Work India. The evaluation is based on the Trust Index, which measures employee experience, the Culture Audit assessing workplace practices, and eligibility criteria that evaluate an organisation's broader contribution to nation-building.
