Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care: Kartik Harugoli to take over as Purchases Head

Mumbai: Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care has announced the appointment of Kartik Harugoli as Company's new Purchases Head effective January 1, 2026.

Pawan Verma, the outgoing Purchases Head will step down on December 31, 2025, as he will be relocating out of India due to a change in his assignment at P&G.
Kartik is an experienced Purchasing Leader in P&G India. In his 16-year-long career at P&G, he has worked across multiple categories, in various roles across the value chain, and in different markets including India and USA. Kartik has led transformational projects and delivered outstanding results for several important P&G businesses. Most recently, Kartik was leading Purchases efforts across Brand Building ecosystem for P&G India. Kartik’s exemplary work has had remarkable impact not just in India, but many parts of the P&G ecosystem, For instance, as a sourcing expert he worked across USA, Europe, APAC, India, Middle East & Africa to implement better systems positively impacting over 90k employees.
