Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test- GPAT 2023 To Be Conducted On May 22, NTA Releases Schedule
Delhi: National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the examination date and schedule for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT- 2023).
As per the notice, the exam will be conducted on 22 May 2023 in 2 shifts (Shift 1: 09:00 AM to Noon and Shift 2: 02:30 PM to 05:30 PM).
The Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) is a National Level Entrance Examination for entry into M Pharma programs. Till 2018, the Test was conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). NTA has been conducting this Test since 2019. This Test facilitates institutions to select suitable Pharmacy Graduates for admission into the Masters (M Pharma) Program.
The GPAT is a 3 hours computer-based online test. A few scholarships and other financial assistance in Pharmacy are also given based on GPAT Scores. The GPAT Score is accepted by all AICTE/Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) approved/affiliated University Departments / Constituents / Affiliated Colleges / Institutions.

The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), which is now known as the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India (GOI), has established the National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent, autonomous, and self-sustained premier testing organization under the Societies Registration Act (1860) for conducting efficient, transparent and international standards tests to assess the competency of candidates for admissions to premier higher education institutions.
