Unfortunate: CTVS Doctor at Fortis Escorts hospital succumbs to COVID-19
According to Hospital authorities, the doctor had stopped coming to the hospital after June 3. Since the department wasn’t aware, someone got in touch with him and he said he was sick and won’t be coming in till he’s better.;

New Delhi - In a tragic incident, yet another doctor has succumbed to coronavirus disease. A 49-year-old doctor of a leading private hospital, at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute in South Delhi has died of COVID-19 recently.
The deceased doctor, Dr Yasir Naseem, was a senior medical officer in the cardiothoracic and vascular surgery (CTVS) department at the hospital and had been employed at Fortis Escorts for around four years. He had diabetes and when he was admitted for treatment, his sugar and saturation levels were reportedly all over the place.
