MBBS 2020: MP DME issues notice on Exemption of compulsory advance fee deposition for round 2 choice filling

Bhopal: Through a recent notice, the Directorate of Medical Education Madhya Pradesh (MP DME) has informed about the Exemption of compulsory advance fee deposition for second round choice filling with respect to the DME MBBS/BDS 2nd Round NEET Counselling (2020-21) for UG medical and dental admissions this academic year.

All the concerned candidates who are seeking MBBS and BDS in MP based medical and dental colleges are requested to view the said details as attached below:

This is for information to all participating candidates (UR, ST, SC, OBC and EWS) of second round that compulsory advance fee for choice filling in second round has been removed and now willing candidates can do choice filing without payment. Due refund will be made to the candidates who have already deposited money for the second round after the conclusion of counselling.

User Manual for Choice Filling and Choice Locking Process of DME MBBS/BDS 2nd Round Counselling (2020-21)

( This user manual is created only for the Demonstration purpose. )
 Kindly use this link dme.mponline.gov.in and click on "Under Graduation" for Choice Filling and Choice Locking Process of UG Counselling (2020-21).
 Access your candidate corner by using your NEET UG 2020 Roll Number, Password and Captcha then click on "SUBMIT", as shown in red circle in below image.
Process of Choice Filling and Choice Locking for Second Round
 Step 1:- Click on choice filling option, as shown in red circle in below image.
 Step 2:- Kindly Choose option for where you want to fill your choices then "Click on Proceed for Next" option, as shown in red circle in below image.
Step 3:- Now click on "Proceed to Payment" option to pay Online Advance fee of Choice filling , as shown in red circle in below image.
Note:- Advance fee is adjustable against the fee deposited by the admitted Candidates in 1st round.
 Step 4:- kindly choose the online payment gateway and pay the complete fee.
 Step 5:- After successful full Payment of choice filling, Press Continue button, for next page.
 Candidate home page will be displayed Click on choice filling option again, choice filling page will be displayed. Candidate can exercise choice filling. Note:- In case of part payment the candidate will be redirected to the candidate home page again till full payment against the choice of type of college has been made by the candidate. Candidate will have to follow step 1 to 5 till the candidate has made full payment.
Note:- Before filling choices Read the "Instruction For College Preference Selection", as shown in red circle in below image.
 Step 6:- Kindly select the checkboxes in front of the given college list according to your choice of preference.
o The order of your preference will be displayed in the Selected Preference Box.
o You can also change the order of the preferences given in the "Selected Preferences Box" by using Move up/ move down arrow buttons as follows.
(a) Select the College in Selected Preference Box.
(b) Use move up/ move down arrow button to bring it to the required position.
o After that click on "Review Selected Preferences" button, as shown in red circle in below image.
 Step 7:- After click on "Review Selected Preferences" option, Your selected/arrange preference/choices will be shown.
A) By selecting option "change college preferences" you can go back and change your preference or select new colleges.
B) By selecting option "Proceed to Next" you can save your preference and proceed to lock your choice filling options, as shown in red circle in below image.
 Step 8:- Your Selected College Preferences will be shown on this screen and you will receive OTP for choice locking in your registered Mobile No./Email ID, Enter OTP and click "Proceed to Lock Choices" button, as shown in red circle in below image.
Note:- If you want to change your preference at this stage then Click on "Home" button, as shown in green circle in below image and re arrange your choices.
Warning: - If you do not lock your filled choices for 2nd round within specified period, your choices will not be considered for allotment.
 Step 9:- After successful Choice locking you will get message in your registered mobile no., Online Counselling Choice Filling receipt will be generated. You may take a print out of the same for future reference, as shown in red circle in below image.
NOTE: -After successfully Choice locking, candidate will be able to download Choice filling receipt and the "Choice Filing & Locking" button tracker will turn green. You can edit your choices through "Edit Choice Filling" Option on your candidate login, as shown in red circle in below image.

NOTE: - In part payment candidate will be redirected to homepage till the full payment has been made by the candidate
