MP DME issues Advisory on Confirmation of Provisional Admission Round 1 PG medical Counselling
Bhopal: Through a recent notice, the Directorate of Medical Education Madhya Pradesh (DME MP) has issued an advisory on the confirmation of provisional admission on Round 1 of NEET PG counselling for candidates seeking admission to PG medical and dental courses in the state.
The advisory clearly states:
Advisory -Confirmation of Provisional Admission 1 st Round of Counselling
1 Only provisionally admitted candidates who got allotment through 1st round of M.P. State combined NEET P.G./MDS,2020 counseling will report for physical verification of original documents and deposition of remaining fee at the allotted institute.
2- At the time of physical verification, to initiate the online process of original document verification & final admission, the candidate will have to enter the candidate login password.
3- Institute will deposit all original documents of the candidates and will give the online receipt of deposited documents to the candidate.
4- Only after deposition of the full fee of the institute, the final online admission slip will be generated.
5- Candidate will have to report in person.
6- Candidate can apply for e-pass for travel by login into URL https://mapit.gov.in/covid-19/e Pass Registration Help.aspx , On clicking the link e-pass page will open. Fill all the details, click "the select purpose of Pass" and then select medical candidate (P.G.) counseling from the dropdown box. Upload provisional admission slip and submit.
Candidates are advised to apply for e-pass at the earliest so that inconvenience may be avoided.
7- Candidates who are opting for up-gradation in Ilnd round need not give rural service and seat leaving bond but will have to give a handwritten undertaking to the institute that in case the candidate fails to upgrade in lInd round, he/she will submit the bond on notarized affidavit ( 0.5% of the bond amount ) on stamp paper.
