Thane - Maha Vikas Aghadi government has sanctioned Rs 15 crores for ramping up the medical infrastructure in Mira-Bhayander as the suburb has tallied more than 1,000 COVID-19 cases and 81 fatalities till now.
Pratap Sarnaik, the Shiv Sena MLA from Owala-Majiwada seat, on Sunday stated that he sought a 1,000-bedded hospital from Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray as the pandemic widens its' footprint in Mira-Bhayander.
