Odisha- From working as a daily wage labourer at a construction site in Bengaluru to securing an MBBS seat, the journey of 19-year-old Subham Sabar from Khurda district, Odisha, is nothing short of extraordinary.
Despite financial hardships, Subham cracked the NEET-UG exam and has now secured admission at MKCG Medical College and Hospital.
Belonging to a poor family from Mudulidhia village, Shubham ranked 18,212 in the Scheduled Tribe category. Once aspiring to become a police officer, he set his sights on medicine during his higher studies, determined to serve the people of Odisha as a doctor.
