Chennai: Through recent notices, the TN Health has released the 2nd Round Tentative Counselling Schedule for Admission to PG Degree Diploma, MDS Courses in Tamil Nadu Self Financing Medical and dental colleges under Management Quota 2020-2021 Session. The authority has also published the instructions as well as the admission procedure for the concerned candidates.

All candidates have to register to participate in this counselling.
Fresh choice filling and locking should be done by the candidates.
Those who have already paid (1st round of counselling) candidates need not to pay counseling fee(Rs.1000/-) again.
Not reported candidates can also participate in this counseling .They have to pay a non-refundable amount of ₹. 1000/- through online as processing fee by using Debit Card /Net Banking or Credit Card.
Not Registered candidates (not participated in 1st round of counselling) /newly applied who have become eligible due to revised cut off marks (refer website) can also participate in this counseling. They have to pay a non-refundable amount of ₹. 1000/- through
online as processing fee by using Debit Card /Net Banking or Credit Card. No one can surrender/resign their already allotted seats.
Candidates should take care while choice filling and locking.
Vacancy position for the Courses will be available on websites.
Selection committee does not take responsibility of Connectivity error.
Admission to PG Degree / Diploma courses shall be made by the
ONLINE COUNSELLING on the basis of rank .The detailed online counselling procedures are available in Annexure.
For reported candidates in 1st round of counselling
There are 2 options for Re-allotment
1. For retaining their seat which was allotted in 1st round of counselling and not willing for Re-allotment.
Those who are willing to retain their seat (
which was allotted in 1st round of counselling), not willing for Re-allotment, they have to select option1.
Those who are not willing for re allotment, they need not to participate. Their status of seats (which was allotted in 1st round of counseling) will be considered as RETAINED even the candidates do not participate in this counselling.
2. For retain their seat (allotted in 1st round of counselling) and willing to Re- allotment.
Those who are willing to retain their seats and willing to reallotment, they have to select option2. Then their allotted
seat (allotted in 1st round of counselling) will be open for Choice filling in 2nd round of counselling. For example Candidate "A" (Those who select the option 2) hold the MD anesthesiology in "C" college, The seat will be available for Choice filling for others. If "A" candidate does not get a seat in re- allotment, that MD anesthesiology in "C" college will be treated as "Retained" and will not allotted to the other candidates. If "A" candidate get some other PG seats in Re allotment that MD anesthesiology in "C" college will be allotted to other candidates (who opt MD anesthesiology in "C" college as their choice).
If Re allotted, then the candidate must get relieved from earlier institution and Join round-2 allotted college, the previous seat (which was allotted in 1st round of counselling) will be lost.
If not Re allotted then candidates should retain the seat (
which was allotted in 1st round of counselling).
For not reported candidates in 1st round of counselling
(i) His/Her seat (which was allotted in 1st round of counselling) treated as vacant.
(ii) He/She cannot claim that seat (which was allotted in 1st round of counselling) .
If Seat allotted/Re- allotted in this counselling according to their choices, they should report respective colleges else penalty will be charged. For P.G. Degree Course Rs.15 lakh.
For P.G. Diploma Course Rs.10 lakh.
Unless the aforesaid penalty amount is paid in total, the candidates will not be relieved and original certificates produced by the candidates at the time of admission will be retained by the concerned institution and they are not eligible to apply for two subsequent academic years for any Post Graduate Degree / Diploma Courses. Candidates selected for admission should give a self-declaration form at the time of the reporting to the concerned Medical College. He / she is liable for forfeiture of selection / admission if suppression of facts mis-interpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.
Re allotted candidates need not pay the tuition fee again(if candidate re allotted from Diploma course to Degree course they have to pay the tuition fee amount. The amount paid for diploma course will be refunded).
Candidates should pay the tuition fee and then download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned Medical College on or before the stipulated date and time.
The candidates should produce their original certificates in person at the time of joining in their selected Medical Colleges along with the scanned copy of original certificates to the concerned Medical Colleges.
The following documents are required for verification by the College authorities:
(a) (i) NEET PG 2020-Score Card.
(ii) NEET PG 2020 Admit Card.
(b) Aadhar card
(c) MBBS Degree Certificate and Diploma Certificate or Provisional Pass Certificate.
(d) CRRI Completion Certificate.
(e) Permanent Medical Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India /State Medical Council or provisional Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council
(f) Eligibility Certificate, if applicable.
(g) A copy of receipt of payment.
(h) Post Card size colour photograph (4"x6") (size: 50kb to 300kb) the same photo that has been uploaded in NEET PG 2020 to be uploaded.
Candidates are instructed to produce the above mentioned original Certificates/ Documents at the time of joining in the Medical College for certificate verification.
The candidates who are selected at the time of ONLINE COUNSELLING should pay an amount of ₹2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) as apart of tuition fee by way of Debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking.
The tuition fee is not refundable if the candidate does not join after collecting the provisional allotment order.
Tuition Fee for Management Quota seats including NRI in Self Financing Medical Colleges will be prescribed by " The Committee on fixation of Fee in respect of Self Financing Professional Colleges".
The above fee structure is applicable for 2020-2021 admissions. The selected candidates have to pay the tuition fees and other special fees etc., at the time of admission in the respective college

If Re allotted, then candidate must get relieved from earlier institution and Join round-2 allotted college, the previous seat (which was allotted in 1st round of counselling) will be lost.
If not Re allotted then candidates should retain the seat (which was allotted in 1st round of counselling).
For not reported candidates in 1st round of counselling
