UP DGME notifies schedule, guidelines for NEET SS 2021 batch counselling for Assistant professor posts under Bond Service

Uttar Pradesh- Through a notification, the Director General, Medical Education and Training (UPDGME) has informed the registration timetable and important guidelines regarding online counselling for appointment of the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Super Speciality (NEET SS) for the 2021 DM and MCH batch candidates to the post of Assistant Professor under a compulsory government service bond.

The time table for online registration for appointment of candidates of NEET SS 2021 (DM/MCH) batch on the post of Assistant Professor through online counselling on the basis of their All India SS Rank is as follows-

The following are the guidelines for candidates:

1 For the said counselling, a separate timetable will be issued for preparation of merit list, choice filling, declaration of allotment result and submission of contribution report to the allotted college.

2 For online counselling, first of all, it will be mandatory for the candidates to register themselves by logging in to the official website of UPDGME.

3 It is mandatory for all eligible candidates of the NEET SS 2021 batch to register and participate in the counselling.

4 In the counselling to be conducted for compulsory government service bond, the vacant posts of the EWS category of Assistant Professor will be included in the unreserved category in accordance with the instructions contained in the Government Order and the allocation process will be done and the benefit of reservation of the EWS category will not be payable to any candidate.

5 The benefit of reservation will be payable only to the reserved category candidates of Uttar Pradesh state. Candidates from outside Uttar Pradesh state will not be entitled to the benefit of any kind of reservation.

6 All certificates related to reservation will be valid only if issued by the competent authority of Uttar Pradesh on the format prescribed by the Uttar Pradesh Government. Reservation certificates issued on the format of certificates submitted for appointment to posts under the Government of India will not be valid.

7 Reservation certificate of Other Backwards Classes (OBC) will not be valid for a period of 06 months from the date of commencement of counselling of Compulsory Government Service Bond.

8 To avail the benefit of the reserved category, it will be mandatory for the candidate to upload the certificate related to the reserved category at the time of online registration. If any information is found to be forged in the process of verification of the said certificate, then legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, for which the entire responsibility will be of the candidate himself.

9 If the certificate related to the reservation of any candidate is found to be inconsistent at the time of online verification of records or is not in the prescribed format, the benefit of reservation will not be provided to the concerned candidates and such candidates will be allowed choice filling under the unreserved category.
