Around 200 ambulances to be added in HP Health Dept: Vipan Parmar
Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh Health Minister Vipan Parmar on Saturday said the state government is keen for providing better health care facilities to the people and under the programme, as many as 198 new ambulances would be added to the fleet of the Health department.
Stating this during a meeting here, Mr Parmar said that instructions had been given to the medicos, to take proper care of the patients warning that no complaints would be tolerated.

Referring to the working of Medical College at Hamirpur, the Minister said that tenders were being floated for the construction of the buildings for the campus and additional funds were being sought from the Central government for this ambitious project, named after former President Dr Radha Krishnan.
