Whether getting it done for medical or cosmetic reasons, it is a surgery designed especially to make you look better and feel better. Therefore, while performing the surgery, your surgeon will get to know your requirements and suggest what suits you best.
Many people also believe that Ethnic rhinoplasty patients will end up with Caucasian-looking noses which is baseless considering that a patient’s desired look is taken into account while also retaining their ethnic identity. As opposed to certain misconceptions that the effects of rhinoplasty don’t last for long, the effects of the surgery tend to last for a lifetime and can be tweaked over time.
To change the shape of the nose, rhinoplasty involves making use of fillers along with various cuts and grafts. Unlike surgery, the results of non-surgical rhinoplasty are temporary and last only for a couple of months. Hence, getting fillers once every 9 to 18 months is recommended by doctors to maintain the attained appearance. In the case of non-surgical rhinoplasties, very few or moderate alterations are made.
Speaking of advantages, rhinoplasty usually takes only up to five to ten minutes, and the results are visible almost instantly, unlike in the case of a surgical procedure that requires one to rest and recover for several weeks.
