Jaipur : Out on a medical conference, Doctor arrested in a sex racket
Jaipur: Police claimed to have busted an alleged sex racket here with the arrest of a Gujarat-based doctor and four girls suspected to be involved in it.
The doctor had come to the city for attending an annual conference yesterday was caught in compromising position, police said.
Police late last night raided an apartment in Vaishali Nagar to bust the alleged racket and arrested the accused.
All accused have been booked under sections of Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act (PITA).
The accused doctor is a resident of Amreli district in Gujarat and had come to attend a medical conference and later in the evening came in contact of the racket.
Following a tip-off, police sent a dummy candidate and arrested the doctor and call girls from the apartment, police said.
The four girls are from Jammu and Kashmir, Mumbai, Uttar Pradesh and Jaipur.
