New Delhi: The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medical Sciences and Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital (ABVIMS & RML Hospital Delhi), has announced the vacancies for the post of Junior Resident (Non-Academic) on an regular basis in this medical institute.
Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, formerly known as Willingdon Hospital, was established by the British for its staff and had only 54 beds. After independence, its control was shifted to New Delhi Municipal Committee. In 1954, its control was again transferred to the Central Government of Independent India.

a) Application should be submitted in Annexure-I at Central Diary & Dispatch Section, Near Gate No. 3, ABVIMS & Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi-110001, latest by 02/04/2025 till 03:00 PM. The application send by post must be having written prominently on the top of the envelop "Application for the post of Junior Resident (Non-Academic). It is also informed that Hospital will not be responsible for any Postal delay.
b) Application fees of Rs. 800/- for UR and OBC candidates & no fees required for EWS/SC/ST and PwBD candidates. c) Candidate must attach Payment Receipt (UTR No.) with the application, if any candidate don't attach the payment receipt with application format his/he application will be rejected and no communication will be entertained in this regard.
d) Prescribed Application form duly filled & signed (Annexure-I) should be accompanied with self attested copies of final mark sheet of M.B.B.S examination, DMC registration certificate, Internship completion certificate, Category certificate, 10' class passing certificate and copy of Aadhar Card, PAN Card.
e) Crucial date of determination of eligibility with reference to age, qualification & experience etc. will be last date of submission of application. i.e. 02/04/2025.
f) Incomplete application in any respect will not be considered. All previous applications received in this hospital will be treated as cancelled and only application in response
g) The selection will be based on Written Examination. There will be 50 MCQs, duration one hour. Counseling will be done on the basis of merit score in written examination for the allotment of seats in various departments.
h) The List of eligible candidates for the written examination will be uploaded on Hospital Website (www.rmlh.nic.in) only. After scrutiny the list of rejected candidates will also be displayed on hospital website.
i) If OBC, EWS, SC & ST candidate did not submit valid category certificate, the candidature will be rejected. j) Appointment to selected/waitlisted candidates will only be given after verification of original documents.
k) Status of Hepatitis B vaccination of applicants should be submitted as an undertaking at the time of joining.
I) The competent authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason.
m) No TA/DA will be paid for this purpose.
n) All future information, Corrigendum, clarification in respect of Written Examination will be displayed on hospital website (www.rmlh.nic.in) only. No separate notification will be sent.

p) The department will be allotted on the basis of counseling based on merit (category wise) in the written examination.
If it is found at any stage that the applicant has suppressed any information or given wrong information his/her Junior Residency (Non — Academic) will be terminated forthwith without assigning any reason.
