Overview
Providing interim relief to the doctors, who failed more than three times in the MBBS examination, the Patna High Court has given them provisional permission to apply for the posts of Assistant Professors in medical colleges.
This order was granted by the division bench of Acting Chief Justice Ashutosh Kumar while considering the plea filed by a doctor, who argued that the advertisement issued by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) barred such candidates who have failed more than three times during their MBBS studies to be ineligible for the post of Assistant Professor.
