NEET SS 2025 complete schedule released, key exam dates announced
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially released the schedule for the NEET SS 2025.
The examination serves as the gateway for admission to DM, MCh, and DrNB Super Speciality courses across India.
According to the schedule, the Information Bulletin will be available from today, i.e. November 5, 2025, 3:00 PM onwards, and the online application submission window will also remain open from November 5, 2025, 3:00 PM to November 25, 2025, till 11:55 PM.

MCC releases NEET 2025 stray vacancy round seat matrix, details
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the seat matrix for the Stray Vacancy Round of the NEET UG counselling for the academic year 2025, marking the final phase of the admission process for MBBS and BDS courses under the All India Quota, Deemed, and Central Universities.
The newly published matrix lists the remaining vacant seats across government, private, deemed, and central medical and dental colleges in all participating states and union territories. It includes institutions such as AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC Medical Colleges, and Government Medical Colleges from states including Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, and others, covering both MBBS and BDS programmes.

Health Ministry directs NMC to act on non-payment of medicos’ stipends after SC warning
Following the Supreme Court's recent order regarding the non-payment of stipends to MBBS interns, the Union Health Ministry has now issued directives to the National Medical Commission (NMC) to examine the issue of non-payment of stipends by medical colleges and institutions to their interns and postgraduates.
This development comes after Health Activist Dr. KV Babu wrote to the Union Health Secretary Punya Salila Srivastava on November 3 and referred to the Supreme Court order dated 28.10.2025.

After SC rap, Health Ministry directs NMC to act on non-payment of stipend to medicos
Gandhi Medical College MD Forensic Medicine medico arrested for selling drugs
A doctor pursuing post-graduation in forensic medicine at Gandhi Medical College and Hospital has been arrested for allegedly selling narcotic substances from his rented house. Drugs worth Rs 3 lakh were seized from his possession, and three others have been booked in connection with the case.
Investigations revealed that the accused allegedly procured the drugs from Nigerian-based peddlers in Delhi and Bengaluru and sold them to drug addicts in Hyderabad.
