More than two weeks have passed since the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) conducted the National Eligibility-Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 Examination. Meanwhile, aspirants are upset as there is no update regarding when the results of the PG medical entrance examination may be released.

Anxious about their future, the aspirants are expressing their frustration over the delay in publishing the exam results on social media platforms.

Candidates are claiming that the wait for the exam results is taking a toll on them. "I just want closure from NEET PG results. I'm sick and tired of this wait. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INSIDER INFO- THIS IS KILLING ME?!" wrote an X user.

Another user wrote in an X post, "NBE and the NEET PG result date have the same relationship as me and gym—always ‘soon, soon’ but never today."

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jammu, has recently received a landmark recognition in the Government Medical University Rankings 2025. The institute has secured the 7th position across India. With this, the Institute has emerged as the second-highest-ranked institute after prestigious AIIMS Delhi.

The Health and Medical Education Department of Jammu and Kashmir has proposed to introduce a two-year mandatory bond service policy for the postgraduate medical students.

After completing their PG medical courses, the NEET PG medical graduates in Jammu and Kashmir will have to undergo a two-year mandatory service, and if they opt out of the service, they will have to pay Rs 50 lakh as a penalty.

In a shocking incident, a 24-year-old nurse was found dead hanging from the ceiling in a room on the third floor at a private nursing home in Singur, Hooghly district. Her family alleged that she was sexually assaulted and murdered as she uncovered irregularities in the operation of the nursing home, but the nursing home administration denied the allegations and claimed that she died by suicide.

Digging into the matter deeply, the police have arrested two men in connection with the case. They have been identified as 21-year-old Radhagobindo Ghatan and 32-year-old Subir Ghora. Both of them were produced in court on Friday and have been sent to police custody for 10 days.
