NHA-ABDM successfully integrated with 13 digital health solutions
The National Health Authority (NHA) under its flagship scheme Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) announced the successful integration of additional 13 digital health solutions in the ABDM Sandbox environment in the last three months.
This takes the tally of ABDM integrated service applications to 40 since the national launch was announced on Sep 27, 2021. The ABDM partners ecosystem now consists of 16 government applications and 24 private sector applications.

Tomato Flu is not related to COVID-19; no need to panic, says K. Sudhakar
With 80 cases of an unidentified virus being reported in Children in the state of Kerala, panic seems to be ensuing in the state and the neighbouring states as well regarding this new flu type termed Tomato Flu which takes its name after the blisters it causes, which look like tomatoes.
Meanwhile, in the neighbouring state, Karnataka Health Minister K. Sudhakar on Wednesday said that there is no need to panic against the backdrop of an outbreak of Tomato Flu in neighbouring Kerala.

PM Narendra Modi seeks to streamline vaccine approval process by WHO
India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday called for streamlining WHO's approval process for vaccines and the rapeutics to keep the supply chains stable and predictable.
"He also highlighted New Delhi's role in combating the coronavirus pandemic and said India's genomics consortium has contributed to the global database of the virus and it would extend the network to the neighboring countries," reports PTI.
Indian citizens, students now eligible for booster shot: Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya
Taking Twitter as a source, country's Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Thursday said, "Indian citizens and students traveling abroad are now eligible to take a booster shot as needed."
Apex regulator NMC warns against fake allotment letter for MBBS admission
Once again the National Medical Commission has raised alarms against fake allotment letter confirming admission of students in MBBS courses of medical colleges. The NMC has issued a public notice warning students against a fake allotment letter allegedly signed by the NMC chairman being circulated.
Issuing a public notice in this regard, the Apex Medical Regulatory body has clarified that NMC in reality is not associated with the college allotment process altogether and therefore advised the students and the parents not to fall into the trap of miscreants.
