NEET 2024 paper was leaked! 4 accused confess to Bihar police
In a shocking revelation concerning the irregularities in the NEET 2024 exam, four arrested men have confessed that the question paper for MBBS entrance test was leaked the previous night, NDTV has reported.
These four accused include NEET aspirant Yadav, his uncle Sikandar, who is a Junior Engineer at Danapur Municipal Council, and two others- Nitish Kumar and Amit Anand. They have confessed that they received the question paper for the National Eligibility-and-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2024 examination on the day before the exam date i.e. May 5, 2024.

Complete academic curriculum including exams by 31st December 2024 for PG broad speciality students 2021 batch: NMC tells medical institutes
Issuing a notice on the examination schedule of the PG Broad Speciality students who were admitted in 2021, the Postgraduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB) of the National Medical Commission (NMC) has directed the medical institutes to complete the academic curriculum including the conduct of the examination of the concerned students by 31st December 2024.
The PG Board of NMC issued the notice after noting that some of the medical Universities were not sticking to the schedule prescribed by the notice dated 11.01.2022.

NEET PG 2024 on June 23rd: NBE issues caution advisory for candidates
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has issued certain Caution advisory for National Eligibility-Entrance Test for Postgraduate admissions - NEET PG 2024 applicants.
All applicants for NEET-PG 2024 are cautioned that-
1 NBEMS does not send any email or SMS to candidates regarding securing good marks/merit positions in any of the exams conducted by NBEMS. Candidates are advised not to be allured or mislead by unscrupulous agents /touts making such false and bogus claims.
2 NBEMS does not make any phone calls to any candidate or issue any communication regarding any unfair assistance during the exam in any of the exams conducted by NBEMS or for any other such thing which is against the provisions of law.

NEET-UG, UGC-net row: Centre reveals disturbing ‘darknet’ angle; congress to launch protest
Amid national outrage over irregularities in NEET-UG and UGC-NET, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan vowed to strengthen the National Testing Agency (NTA) and punish those responsible for paper leaks. The Congress plans nationwide protests today, led by KC Venugopal. Thousands of medical aspirants have protested since NEET-UG results were released, with dozens scoring perfect marks, raising suspicions.
The government canceled exams for over 1500 students who received grace marks and formed a high-level committee to improve NTA's functioning. UGC-NET was canceled after its question paper leaked online, with a CBI probe ordered. Four people, including NEET aspirant Anurag Yadav, were arrested in Bihar for receiving the leaked paper. The government is awaiting a report from Bihar Police's Economic Offences Unit on NEET irregularities.
