A show cause notice has been issued to an on-duty doctor posted at Surajpur District Hospital after a video went viral, showing him severely intoxicated and struggling to speak or walk properly.
In the video, the doctor is seen struggling to speak clearly, with his tongue faltering, and unable to stand properly. This raised serious concerns about his ability to provide adequate care to the patients admitted to the hospital.
