Overview
Granting relief to a Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE), the Delhi High Court has directed the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) to treat a court order, along with an affidavit filed by the National Testing Agency (NTA), as the NEET UG 2019 scorecard to appear in the screening test.
This direction was issued by the HC bench comprising Justice Sachin Datta, while considering a plea by an OBC (NCL) aspirant, who sought urgent relief from the court after being unable to produce her physical NEET-UG 2019 scorecard while applying for the FMGE December 2025 session.
