Ministry of Health nod to add 41 DM,Mch Seats in 14 Medical colleges
New Delhi: Through a series of recent notices, the Ministry of Health has given its nod to 14 medical colleges for the purposes of starting/increase in seats in various DM/Mch courses at 14 medical colleges. With this move 41 more seats will be added to the pile of super-speciality seats for the coming academic year.
This permission for starting/increase of seats in the above courses is with a prospective effect for academic year 2018-19 and admission of students to Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute under will be till such time the first batch of students admitted against the above course(s) appears for the first final examination in the subject. The College authorities may take up the matter for recognition of the qualifications under Section 11(2) of 1MC Act at the time of first batch admitted against the course appears for final year examinations
