MCC Releases NEET SS 2024 Round 2 Seat Matrix, Details
New Delhi- The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the clear vacancy, newly added seats and virtual vacancy for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Super Speciality (NEET SS) round 2 Counselling for the academic year 2025 for admission into the DM, MCh and Dr DNB.
The seat matrix has been released in a PDF format on the official website of MCC. The seat matrix contains important information such as state name, Institute, Quota, branch, category and total seats.
As per the vacancies, a total of 1832 seats are clearly vacant, and 4223 seats are virtually vacant for SS Counselling 2025 DM, MCh and DrDNB SS round 2. Meanwhile, a total of 431 seats are newly added for SS Counselling 2025 DM, MCh and DrDNB SS round 2.
The NEET SS 2025 Round 2 counselling begin from June 2, 2025. Below are the details-
ROUND-2
a Fresh New Registration for Round-2 for those candidates who
i Have not registered in Round-1 (with full payment of fees).
ii Have not reported in Round-1, will have to register again (with full payment of fees).
b Fresh Choice filling Round-2.
c Process of Seat Allotment Round-1.
d Publication of results of Round-2 on the MCC website.
e Reporting at the allotted Medical College/institute against Round 2.
*Round-2 will be an Upgradation Round. Candidates desirous of upgrading their seats from Round-1 will have to exercise fresh choice filling to upgrade in Round-2.
Medical Dilaogues has earlier reported regarding the release of the NEET SS Round-I counselling for the academic year 2024. The result has been made available in PDF format on the official website of MCC. As per the result, a total of 5413 candidates have been allotted for Round I of SS Counselling 2024.
