  1. It\’s horrible… hospitals just file for dnb coz they need cheap labor…I\’m currently 1.5 months into dnb obgyn at a govt hospital in Punjab,n it\’s horrible n playing with our career to say the least…I made the worst decision…we are being bullied, taught absolutely nothing n just expected to the file work… They\’re giving us no guidance no help.. nothing..I urge all future candidates to rather waste 1 yr n drop but never settle fr dnb… nothing in life comes without cost…in this case ,ur career

  2. Our regulations should enable influx of highly qualified specialists in our country. Proposal of BOG , MCI is excellent to equate foreign postgraduates with DNB . But implementing these proposals is not the best part of our system .

  3. Need is urgent in superspecialities. If we cannot produce them in short term then import them . Allow foreign postgraduates to attain additional degree registration and work as specialists/ superspecialits.

  4. Very very positive step by NBE, indegeneous production of specialists/ superspeciality doctors is the need of the hour. Also NBE should look upon fast implementation of proposals (December2018)of board of governors , MCI to allow foreign postgraduates of India to sit at DNB speciality/ superspeciality examinations.
