Rajasthan- Rajasthan Medical Council has invited online applications for Internship (CRMI) for Foreign Medical Graduate Students for the academic year 2024-2025.

Below are the dates regarding the Internship (CRMI) for Foreign Medical Graduate Students for the academic year 2024-2025-

June 21, 2024, by 02.00 pm.

June 24, 2024, by 05.00 pm.

As per the official notice issued by the Rajasthan Medical Council, it has been stated that the seats will be allotted to foreign medical graduate students of Rajasthan origin on a priority basis and the seats to foreign medical graduate students from other states will be allotted to the basis of merit. Meanwhile, other detailed information/guidelines are available on the Council's official website.

A merit list will be prepared on the basis of scores/marks obtained in the National Board of Examination (NBE). With this, the Rajasthan Medical Council will scrutinise all the applications and shall prepare two Merit lists according to the following criteria and the same will be published on the website of Rajasthan Medical Council as per the prescribed schedule-

CRITERIA FOR PREPARING MERIT LIST

MERIT LIST 1

Candidates who are residents of Rajasthan (Passport Domicile Certificate as Address proof ) based on NBE score and have completed their (10+2) from CBSE/Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education or Equivalent Board in Rajasthan.

MERIT LIST 2

For candidates who are residents of other states, the merit list will be prepared based on the NBE score/marks obtained by the candidate.

In case of more than one candidate with the same score, merit will be determined on the basis of the following criteria-

1 Candidate who has secured a higher percentage in subjects of Physics. Chemistry, Biology (PCB) marks in (10+2) examinations.

2 Candidate who has secured a higher percentage in the subject of Biology marks in 10+2 examinations.

3 Candidate who is older as per date of birth.

4 The seats will be first allotted to candidates according to Merit List 1 & then Merit List 2 respectively.

INSTRUCTIONS AND DIRECTIONS OF ONLINE COUNSELLING FOR INTERNSHIP OF FMGs

1 The applications are accepted only on a pro-rata basis, based on the total number of seats available in /Non-teaching Hospitals (attached Medical Colleges) of the State.

2 Rajasthan Medical Council has the right to reject any application in case it doesn't fulfil the criteria.

3 Online counselling will be conducted only in the single and final rounds. Candidates who are selected for counselling will join in concerned Medical Colleges upto the scheduled date positively.

4 The candidates according to the merit lists are eligible to apply online for Provisional Registration with Rajasthan Medical Council according to the schedule after joining the internship in the Medical College/Institution.

5 The selected candidates have to join the internship programme immediately upto the scheduled date positively from the date when the list is uploaded on the official website of the Rajasthan Medical Council.

6 The candidate has to submit an affidavit stating clearly whether his/her studies were Online, offline/partially online/partially offline, the affidavit should not be less than the Notary Public level.

7 Candidate will attach all required documents (sowed copy) which would be confirmed by their passport at the attached Medical College with Online application form and at the time of joining the internship and he/she will gel them verified with original documents in the office of Principal of concerned attached Medical Colleges.

8 During the scrutiny of the application or at the time of internship joining, if any information/document is found to be fractious, the application form can be rejected and for that, candidate will be responsible solely.

9 Candidates who are already doing internship through previous counselling conducted by this council are not eligible for this online counselling. If any candidate applies again for this counselling, their application will be rejected and for this also, he/she will be liable/responsible.

10 Internships in the Non-teaching Hospitals are non-stipendiary. The candidates have to furnish an affidavit stating that they will not demand any kind of stipend while doing an internship in Non-teaching Hospitals/attached Medical Colleges.
