AIIMS Delhi Announces Results Of PhD Entrance Examination July Session 2022
New Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Delhi) has announced the results of f PhD entrance examination (Stage I & Stage II with Special Weightage) July 2022 session.
The candidates who have qualified for the PhD Programme Entrance Examination [Stage-I & II with Special Weightage, as applicable (Please refer to Prospectus for details)], held on Saturday; the 27th August 2022, are required to appear for Departmental Clinical / Practical / Lab. Based Assessment (Stage-III) through Video Conferencing mode only on the date & time as indicated below for each department.
The details of the video conferencing platform and the assessment's timing shall be communicated to the candidate at their registered email by the respective department.
Following is the list of subjects in which candidates have qualified, along with the date of Stage III Departmental Assessment -
1. Biochemistry - 8th September 2022 at 10:00 am
2. Biophysics - 8th September 2022 at 10:00 am
3. Biotechnology - 8th September 2022 at 10:00 am
4. Community Medicine - 8th September 2022 at 11:00 am
5. Neuropathology (NSC) - 8th September 2022 at 10:00 am
6. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance - 8th September 2022 at 11:00 am
7. Ocular Pathology (RPC) - 8th September 2022 at 3:00 pm
8. Ophthalmology - 8th September 2022 at 3:00 pm
9. Pathology - 8th September 2022 at 11:00 am
10. Pharmacology – 8th September 2022 at 11:00 am
11. Physiology - 8th September 2022 at 10:00 am
12. Psychiatry - 8th September 2022 at 3:00 pm
13. Psychiatry (National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre-NDDTC) - 8th September 2022 at 3:00 pm
14. Pulmonary Medicine & Sleep Disorders - 8th September 2022 at 3:30 pm
15. Reproductive Biology - 8th September 2022 at 11:00 am
If approved by the competent authority, candidates declared successful after Stage III will be eligible to choose any project available in the concerned department for which the PhD seat has been advertised in this session. Candidates without Fellowship shall not be eligible for seats for which Fellowship is mandatory. However, candidates with a Fellowship shall be eligible for all seats in the concerned department.
The following documents have to be uploaded at the AIIMS website (www.aiimsexams.ac.in) through My Page using their credentials for login -
1. Date of Birth Certificate
2. Graduation Certificate
3. Graduation Mark Sheet
4. Post-graduation certificate
5. Post-graduation Mark Sheet
6. No Objection Certificate, if required
7. Experience Certificate, if any
8. Any other certificate/document as mentioned in the Prospectus
Candidates note that they are required to upload documentary evidence of sanction of Govt. Fellowship (Stipend/Grant etc.) in their name for considering eligibility in those seats where own Fellowship is mandatory. They can upload the documents till 4th September 2022 up to 5:00 pm. No hard copies/photocopies of the certificates/documents must be sent to the Examination Section, AIIMS, New Delhi.
If the documents are not uploaded by 5.00 pm on Sunday, 4th September 2022, the candidature will be considered canceled/withdrawn, and no communication will be entertained in this regard. Therefore candidates, in their own interest, are requested not to wait till the last moment to upload the necessary certificates/documents.
All original certificates/documents will be verified at the time of Joining. Candidature shall be canceled if found incorrect at any stage. Candidates must be prepared to be available online on the day of Departmental Assessment till completion of State-III Departmental Assessment (online mode). The selection/outcome of the Examination is subject to fulfillment of eligibility and other requirements as mentioned in the Prospectus.
